Part-time administrative assistant -- Locust Grove Campus

Full-time administrative assistant for advancement -- Lancaster Campus
Hours are 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. This position will serves as administrative assistant for the advancement office and as school system office receptionist. Duties include processing contributions, maintaining the donor database, supporting advancement functions and fundraising events. This position requires strong organizational, personal and communication skills in relating to donors, alumni, parents, co-workers and visitors to the system office complex. Strong database knowledge and management skill are critical to the position as well as proficiency in general computer skills. Past experience with Raiser's Edge is a plus. Successful candidates will demonstrate particular attention to accuracy and detail, and commitment to the mission and core values of Lancaster Mennonite School. Part-time events liaison -- Lancaster Campus
Effective immediately, an opening is available for an events liaison. This position will serve as a liaison between volunteer event committees at all campuses and the advancement office. The event liaison will manage the events, incorporating parent and volunteer leadership and ownership in the events. This position is estimated to be a half-time position, averaging 2 days per week, but will require additional hours over each event time.
This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail and a high level of professional conduct when communicating with parents, volunteers and vendors. This position will help ensure that volunteer-led events meet the school’s goals. Computer skills are required; database or Raiser’s Edge proficiency is a plus.

Substitute bus drivers are needed for the Lancaster Campus to cover a run from the Oxford area in the mornings and afternoons.
